Christopher “Monty” Montgomery is a Live Audio Engineer based in Vancouver Canada with over 10 years of experience. Today he works professionally with KiAN Concert Sound and Sapphire Sound, as well as working as an independent contractor. Monty has travelled all over Canada, the United States, and Europe mixing FOH, monitors and system teching.

As methods of reinforcing live music rapidly change Monty has adapted with a broad experience on digital consoles, system processors, and using spectrum analyzers. His digital console experience includes the Digidesign Venue, Yamaha PM5D and M7, and the Allen and Heath iLive. Monty has setup and tuned systems with the EAW UX8800, Dolby Lake, and EV DC-One Processors.
